Carbon Baits Calls It a Day – Another Carp Bait Brand Bows Out

It’s always a shame to see another independent name disappear from the carp fishing scene.

Carbon Baits has officially announced that the company has been dissolved, with 21st July 2026 marking the end of the road for the brand.

In a heartfelt farewell message, the team said:

“It’s with a heavy heart. As of yesterday, 21st July 2026, Carbon Baits Ltd has been dissolved. All pages on social media will be removed in due course and the Carbon name will disappear. We would like to go on record to thank everyone who supported us on our incredible journey. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Made some lifelong friends and some memories to last a lifetime.”

It’s never easy running a bait company. The market has become incredibly competitive over the last decade, with rising ingredient costs, increasing overheads and a huge number of established brands all fighting for the same anglers. For smaller independent firms, it’s becoming harder than ever to survive.

Whether you used Carbon Baits regularly or simply followed their journey, it’s always sad to see passionate people leave the industry after putting so much time and effort into building a brand.

At CarpTalk we’d like to wish everyone involved with Carbon Baits the very best for the future and thank them for their contribution to the carp fishing community.
