Korda UNDERWATER is back at The Manor, with Damian Clarke and Tom Stokes taking over the challenge started by Tom Dove and Neil Spooner.
The target remains the same — the legendary Lord of the Manor, Britain’s biggest fully scaled mirror and one of the most sought-after carp in the country.
With just two days and two underwater cameras at their disposal, Damo and Tom have to get to grips with this weedy Test Valley gravel pit quickly. Every decision matters, from finding the right area and choosing a baiting approach to rig selection and getting the presentation right.
For Damo, it’s his first underwater session in more than 20 years, and having the cameras watching every move soon adds another level of pressure.
What they capture beneath the surface offers a fascinating look at how carp behave over gravel spots, how they react to bait and rigs, and how seemingly small tactical changes can completely alter the outcome.
There are plenty of lessons to take away from this one — not just for Damo and Tom, but for anyone fishing similar gravel spots themselves.
Can they learn from what the cameras show them, trust their instincts and finish what Dovey and Spooner started?
And most importantly… will the Lord of the Manor finally appear in front of the underwater cameras?
