Classified Adverts, Catch Reports & Competitions

Information about you is held by us when you provide us with Classified Adverts, Catch Reports and Competition Entries. We take great care to ensure that any personal information we hold is accurate and destroyed in a proper manner when no longer required, and that this information is dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not provide this information to any third parties other than companies within our group, and only in a lawful manner. We only knowingly retain information about adults.

Credit card details are only used for an individual purchase. We make no further use of them whatsoever, and complete card details are not stored in full on any single computer.

Cookies are only used by us during an individual purchasing session and can easily be deleted from your browser after completition of the purchase. They have no repeating use and our cookies only determine information about the goods purchased.

Classified Advert Risks

We strongly advise anyone who makes use of our Classified Adverts service to be careful in their financial dealings. Wherever possible direct exchange of goods/money is recommended. You may wish to carry out the transaction away from you home. Please be aware that criminals occasionally try to sell stolen goods via free classified columns so try and retain some identification details of the seller - such as vehicle registrations or home telephone number. For security reasons you may not wish to divulge your address to strangers. Carp Fishing News Ltd and Predator Publications Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses which occaur through Classified Advert transactions.

Returns Policy

If any goods have been damaged in transit, please call the office on 01430 440624 for details on how to return the product. A full refund will be made within 28 days.

Unwanted goods may be returned if unused and undamaged. DVDs must be unopened in their original packaging. Contact the office on 01430 440624 within 10 days of receiving goods. There may be a small (maximum £10) handling charge.

We accept cancellations of magazine subscriptions and will make a refund of any issues not yet published. There will be £5 administration charge.
