Chris is a carp fishing legend and widely recognised as the historian of the sport having collected all sorts of memorabilia and facts since the 1960s when he became hooked. He's also a dab hand at surface fishing, and starred in the best selling DVD Floater Fishing for Carp. His UK PB carp is Wraysbury's legendary Olive at 36lb 4oz off the top, and overseas it's a 42lb from France.

Crowy is one of the most widely travelled carpers ever, having caught fish from more than 200 different waters, including forties from six different countries. He was the co-winner of the first ever World Carp Cup in 1996, and has an overseas PB of 60lb 2oz and a UK PB of 41lb 12oz from Yorkshire.

Paddy Webb (Features Editor)
A carp angler for 20 years before hanging up his carp rods about 10 years ago, Paddy Webb is now usually to be found online as 'RabidJohn', blasting his way through the opposition on multiplayer shoot-em-up PC games. Claims his carp-stalking abilities have led to him being rather handy with a virtual knife!
